高瓦斯长距离掘进工作面瓦斯治理技术

摘要: 针对唐山矿长距离掘进过程中存在高瓦斯的现象,从多角度分析瓦斯的来源,在不影响施工进度和降低投资成本的情况下,采用了增加工作面风量、在工作面迎头施工瓦斯钻孔泄放、提高掘进工艺等综合瓦斯治理措施,经过现场检测,瓦斯治理卓有成效,为高瓦斯长距离掘进工作面的瓦斯治理提供了新的解决思路。

Abstract: According to the problem of high gas in TangShan mine, the source of gas is explored from many angles, Without affecting the progress of the project and minimizing investment ,The comprehensive gas control measures, such as increasing the air volume at the working face, gas drilling and drainage in the head-on construction of the working face, and improving the tunneling technology, have been adopted, and good results have been achieved, which opens up a new way for gas control in high gas long distance driving face.
